Shortly after posting a video of an infant on her Instagram Story Tuesday, Patrick Mahomes’ wife clarified the child featured wasn’t the couple’s new baby, Golden Raye, amid apparent confusion from fans.

The mother of three cleared up confusion about a video posted to her Instagram Story that featured an infant.

Ads by MaxValue.MediaThe mother of three then explained the baby in the bouncer is trainer Betina Gozo Shimonek’s little one, Makoa.

Brittany, who gave birth to daughter Golden in January, originally re-shared a story from Gozo Shimonek that read, “Triple duty: @brittanylynne’s trainer, Makoa’s momma, Golden’s babysitter.”

Although the KC Current co-owner, 29, frequently shares social media photos of her eldest children with Mahomes, daughter Sterling, 4, and son Bronze, 2, she kept things private for some time.

Weeks after welcoming Sterling in February 2021, Brittany told her Instagram followers she and Mahomes, 29, would “share photos of her when we [feel] the time is right.”

“I know the Internet will instantly take the photos of her and share everywhere so just preparing myself for my newborn baby girl to be shared to the world! Right now we are just soaking in every minute with her,” she wrote at the time, according to E! News.

Mahomes and Brittany posted the first photos of Sterling’s face in June of that year.

Big sister Sterling was on the field with younger brother Bronze in February when they supported their dad and the Chiefs in Super Bowl 2025.

The kids spent time on the sideline at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans with mom Brittany before the Chiefs were throttled by the Eagles, 40-22.

In the weeks following Kansas City’s crushing loss, the Mahomes family celebrated Sterling’s 4th birthday with a “Bluey”-themed bash.

When the Chiefs return to action later this year, it will be with the quarterback’s longtime target and best friend, Travis Kelce.

The All-Pro tight end revealed last week he’s returning for a 13th NFL season following a quiet year, in which he tallied 823 yards, 97 receptions and three touchdowns.

Kelce’s girlfriend, pop megastar Taylor Swift, has grown close to Brittany as the couple’s romance has blossomed over the past two NFL seasons.
