Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s love story continues to captivate the Chiefs tight end, and he is savoring every moment.

The three-time Super Bowl champion explained why he’s still shocked he was able to land the billionaire diva on the newest episode of his and older brother Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, which also featured rapper Lil Dicky as a guest.

“I think it’s the best thing ever,” the rapper, whose real name is David Burd, said of Swift and Kelce’s whirlwind romance, adding that he understands why people are infatuated with the duo since there’s something so “American” and “classic” about their love.

Kelce responded, “I appreciate that. I don’t know how I did it since she wasn’t like athletics, so I don’t know how tf I did it,” to which Lil Dicky responded: “You did it because you called her out.”

The rapper appeared to be referring to Kelce’s attempt to shoot his shot with Swift by presenting her a friendship bracelet at her concert in July 2023, but he was “blocked” from meeting her owing to her maintaining her voice before singing.

“Oh, I know exactly how I did it,” Kelce exclaimed, chuckling.

The All-Pro tight end told The Wall Street Journal Magazine that he “played cupid” and soon received a text from Swift, after which they began dating.

“It’s fun,” Kelce stated on the show. “I’m having a great time in life, sweetie, just flying high. I’m enjoying it all. Bringing new life into the football world and opening it up to new possibilities.”

Lil Dicky emphasized that everyone who criticizes the couple’s romance is a bitter loser.

Jason once remarked that he and Travis have a lot of new admirers now that he’s dating Swift.

“I’m not sure if you’ve heard of them, but they’re called Swifties,” he remarked. Lil Dicky said, “Yeah, I’ve heard of them. “How are you guys doing with this?”

Jason stated that things haven’t altered “that much for me,” but things are a little different for Travis.
