Naomi Watts and her ex Liev Schreiber are reuniting to celebrate a special family moment!

On Tuesday, Aug. 19, Watts, 56, shared multiple photos on her Instagram Stories showing her, Schreiber, 57, and their son Sasha, 18, enjoying a meal together as the proud parents prepared to see their eldest child off to college.

Sasha — who is soon set to start his freshman year at the University of Southern California — beamed next to his mom and dad in one sweet shot, showing the trio sat at a table at the L.A. eatery Cara Restaurant.

“Here we go…” the Impossible actress wrote across the photo.

Watts then shared a snap of just her and ex Schreiber, with the former longtime couple smiling next to one another to mark the milestone moment in their son’s life.

“Mom and Dad,” Watts, who donned a blue baseball cap and white T-shirt for the outing, wrote over the shot, which showed the exes posing with some cocktails.

A further photo showed Sasha holding hands with his dad as they strolled around the city, with Watts writing “Day #2” next to the snap.

The trio then appeared to be moving Sasha’s things in one last shot, showing them all smiling for the camera together.

Watts and Schreiber, who also share daughter Kai, 16, together, have remained friends since they ended their 11-year relationship back in 2016.

Watts’ latest posts about their son heading to college comes after Schreiber also posted a photo of Sasha on Instagram earlier this week, writing in the caption that he was already “starting to feel the pull.”

“Gonna miss my ride or die. Having said that, USC is gonna get one of the deepest, kindest, bravest and most beautiful boys I have ever known,” the Spotlight star wrote in the caption, alongside a photo of the father and son posing together.

“Already [bawling],” Watts wrote over the photo, adding several crying emojis and tagging Sasha.

In a second photo, Watts captured her daughter Kai hugging her big brother before saying goodbye.

Following their split, Watts and Schreiber — who also reunited in May to celebrate Sasha’s prom night, as well as in July to mark his 18th birthday — have both remarried.

Watts tied the knot with Billy Crudup, 57, in 2023, while Schreiber married Taylor Neisen that same year. The Ray Donovan actor and Neisen welcomed their first child (Schreiber’s third) on Aug. 27, 2023.
